Merzouga Desert Tour — 3 Nights

Leave Marrakech behind on this extended journey across the High Atlas Mountains and into the Sahara. The road winds through dramatic mountain passes, palm-lined valleys, and old kasbahs, with your first night spent in Tinghir, right by the dramatic Todra Gorge. The next morning, continue on to Merzouga at the edge of the Sahara, where a camel will carry you out to a desert camp among the dunes of Erg Chebbi. With two nights in the desert, you'll have time for a proper sunset and sunrise over the dunes, a traditional dinner under the stars, and a full day to explore the silence and scenery of the Sahara at a slower pace before heading back to Marrakech.
